Itinerary:

• Day 1 (Cairo) -  Meet & Greet, Transfer to hotel. Welcome Dinner. 
• Day 2 (Cairo) - Explore Cairo starting with a drive  to Giza to visit the Pyramids,   royal burial chamber, and the Sphinx.
• Day  3 (Cairo) - Visit the Egyptian Museum, Citadel, Old Cairo, Khan El Khalily 
• Day 4 ( Aswan) - Head to Aswan for tour and by motor boat stop at the Temple of Philadelphia on the island of Agilka. 
• Day 5 (Nile Cruise) - Sail to  Kom Ombo visiting the Sobek Temple. 
• Day 6  (Nile Cruise) - Sail to Edfu Temple (Karnak and Luxor Temples)
• Day 7  (Luxor) - Explore the valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut, Memnon
• Day 8 (Hurghana/Cairo) - Enjoy the Red Sea; ATV
• Day 9 (Hurghana/Cairo) - End of tour flight back to Cairo then home. 

Other Important Details:

• This is a co-ed trip open to both men and women.
• Must have valid passport.
• Cost of trip is based on the current exchange rate at the time invoice was created. If there is a value decrease of the US dollar, we reserve the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect any increases resulting from currency devaluation.
• Visa is also required to enter Egypt  and can be obtained upon arrival.
• Visa is approximately $25 USD per person.
• Your reservation needs to be in the name listed on your passport. 
• Since this is a land only package you are responsible for booking your international flights to Egypt.
• When booking your flight you will want to arrive on the date specified no later than 11am (if applicable) at CAI ( Cairo International Airport). When setting your departure you will want to select the date of last day of tour from CAI (Cairo International Airport).
• Once you have your flight itinerary, please email to ifly4tours@gmail.com. 
• If you arrive earlier than the designated date traveler is responsible for transfer from airport to hotel and earlier hotel accommodations
• Automatic monthly payments can be applied to prevent missed payments. 
• After 2 months (60 days) missed payments you will automatically be removed from the tour and trip is non-refundable.
• Final Payment due on July 30, 2026. 
• Payment of deposit indicates that you have read, understand, and agree to all of the terms and conditions for this tour.
• A private facebook page group of all travelers will be created 30-60 days before tour. 
• A full itinerary will be provided at least 30 days before tour. 

• Travelers  have  21 days to cancel from the date of deposit for the return of the deposit and/or payments made during 21 day timeframe. All cancellation request must be submitted in writing to Ifly4tours@gmail.com.

• I Fly 4 Tours will enforce and uphold the cancellation policy/contract of the supplier, vendor, tour operator, hotel/resort/ and any other entity with whom we (I Fly 4 Tours) have contracted for the event, trip, and or tour.

• I Fly 4 Tours  does not have the authority to override the cancellation policy of any supplier, vendor, tour operator, hotel/resort/ and any other entity with whom we have contracted for the event, trip, and or tour.

• All payments made to I Fly 4 Tours are non-refundable and non-transferable. I Fly 4 Tours has contractural agreements with our hotels/Resorts and all vendors/suppliers that will not allow for a refund/s. For this reason I urge you to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment is  STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
