Itinerary:

• Day 1 : Welcome to Spain
• Day 2:  Tour Barcelona hidden gems, visit Spain historic places like Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell. 
• Day 3: Visit Plaza del Sol, journey to medieval wonders of Segovia
• Day 4: Explore Consuegra including the famous windmills 
• Day 5: Old city guided tour in Cordoba with the Flamenco experience
• Day 6: Granada city tour. Visit the palace of the Alhambra gardens of the Generalife. 
• Day 7: Royal and Religious experience in Seville and Toledo.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• *All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable per our terms & conditions.
• *Deposits must be paid in full.
• *Partial payments will not be accepted (unless a deposit promotion is advertised). 
• *Payment of deposit indicates that you have read and agree with the Terms & Conditions.
• *Reservations without payments for  2consecutive months ( 60 days) are subject to full cancellation due to nonpayment.
• *No refunds will be provided per our terms & conditions.

DIRECT INVOICE INFORMATION:

• All guests will receive an invoice via email to make their reservation payments.
• All invoices are subject to a processing fee of 3.5% +.30, which will be added to the total amount of the trip, tour, or event.
• This will be read as a convenience fee on your invoice. This fee is nonrefundable.
• Reminder notices will be sent via email within 7 days prior to payment due date. Failure to keep your monthly payments will result in a $25 fee to restart your reservation per occurrence once you fall 2 months (60 days) behind and have been removed from the tour.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Monthly Payment amount will vary depending on when deposits are made. Travelers have the option to select Automatic Payments or Standard Payments.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:

A valid passport is required Passport and must be VALID for at least 6 months AFTER the date of departure.

Proof of passport is required. You will receive an email for submission.

It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain a valid passport. Failure to do so will result in the inability to participate. No refunds will be issued.

VISA REQUIREMENTS:

U.S. citizen tourists entering Spain up-to 3 months (90 days) DO NOT need a visa

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS:

* No required vaccines at this time, but recommended vaccines by the CDC.

*It is the responsibility of the traveler to make sure that they are updated on the vaccination requirements 

TOUR ENDURANCE:

(Physical Activity) This tour is a continual moving itinerary. This tour includes riding for extended amounts of time (1 hour at times). Traveler must be able to walk short to long distances.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Traveler has 30 days to cancel from the date of deposit for the return of the deposit and/or payments made during that 30 day timeframe. All cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email to ifly4tours@gmail.com

I Fly 4 Tours customized group tours are non refundable and non transferable past the 30 day time frame 

I Fly 4 Tours will enforce and uphold the cancellation policy/contract of the supplier, vendor, tour operator, hotel/resort/ and any other entity with whom we (I Fly 4 Tours) have contracted for the event, trip, and or tour.

I Fly 4 Tours does not have the authority to override the cancellation policy of any supplier, vendor, tour operator, hotel/resort/ and any other entity with whom we have contracted for the event, trip, and or tour.

Payment of deposit indicates that you have read, understand, and agree to all of the terms and conditions for this tour.

This is a land only package, you are required to make your own international flight arrangements from your perspective airport city. When making your flight arrangements please pay close attention to the dates specified for the trip. You will want to schedule your flight to ensure you arrive Barcelona (BCN) on (Date of tour) no later than 11am and departure from Madrid (MAD) on (last day of tour). When arriving outside the designated timeframe you will be responsible for transfer to hotel. So, if necessary please consult with host before purchasing your flight.
