DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT:
You will be required to pay the minimum deposit per person when booking. Once a deposit is made, you are also agreeing to our terms and conditions. All deposits are non-refundable after 21 days. Final payment is required no less than 60 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Any payments not made in accordance with this agreement may result in cancellation or additional charges due to changes in the exchange rate, when applicable.
 

I Fly 4 Tours accepts various forms of payment, including Zelle, debit cards, and credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, etc.). Should you wish us to charge your credit card, we may require you to read and sign a credit card authorization form. You agree that any fees charged by I Fly 4 Tours are non-refundable, including, without limitation, service fees and/or change fees.
 

TRAVEL PROTECTION:
For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. I Fly 4 Tours assumes no responsibility and will not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity arising from:
(1) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions of its suppliers;
(2) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions of any employee of those suppliers;
(3) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or used by those suppliers;
(4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise, of I Fly 4 Tours; or
(5) acts of God.
 

PASSPORTS:
All individuals traveling from the United States of America must be in possession of a valid passport. Always check to ensure your passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond your intended travel dates. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documentation, including but not limited to passports and visas, that meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at each destination.

To avoid interruptions to your travel plans or unnecessary charges, you may confirm passport and visa requirements with the United States Department of State or the appropriate government agency of the country to which you are traveling.
 

HEALTH AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
It is the traveler’s responsibility to consult the appropriate authorities regarding health requirements, health advisories, or travel restrictions applicable to their destinations and to carry all required vaccination documentation. You must comply with all local government regulations.

You may check with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for current information prior to and during your travel at www.cdc.gov.
 

CANCELLATION:
Please understand that most travel bookings are non-refundable, and cancelled bookings may incur charges of up to 100% of the total booking cost, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If your cancellation causes I Fly 4 Tours to incur any liability or charges, you agree to reimburse us for the full amount of those fees or charges.

AMENDMENT:
I Fly 4 Tours reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, applications, or services and will be effective upon posting. The applicable terms are those in effect at the time you make your booking with us.
